  • 3/4 c cold, fluffy, cooked rice
  • 3/4 c oranges, bananas, grapes (you can add any fruit you like)
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 3/4 c whipped cream - use the recipe below (you will have some extra)
Whipped Cream
  • 6 oz heavy cream
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/4 t vanilla
  1. Fork the fruit lightly with the rice to mix as you pour the honey over it. Whip and fold in the cream. Chill thoroughly and serve.
