Broccoli Carrot Slaw from ready to serve
Broccoli Slaw

Anyone who tastes this easy, foolproof broccoli slaw will want your recipe. No one needs to know that no matter how you make it, it never fails!

  • 1 large head broccoli
  • 2 med-large carrots, peeled
  • 1 apple, peeled
  • 1/2 purple onion
  • 2/3 c craisins
  • 1/2 c +2T mayo
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 t garlic
  1. Finely chop broccoli, carrots, apple, and onion. I use a food processor to get the same effect. Mix all chopped ingredients and Craisins in a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix mayo, salt, pepper, and garlic.

  3. Pour the mayo mixture into the broccoli mixture and mix well. Do this little by little. Everyone likes different amounts of mayo so stop when you think enough is enough. Or add more than listed if you want it creamier. Taste and adjust seasonings. Chill for a while before serving.
