Chocolate Chip Banana Pudding is a fun twist on a classic recipe. Not only is it quick to whip up, but it is also incredibly delicious. Serve it in individual servings or make a large portion so everyone can help themselves - be creative!
Prepare the pudding per package directions using the milk. Add 1/4 c chocolate chips and mix. If you prefer more, add the additional 1/4 c. If you are not using instant pudding, you will need to chill the pudding for an hour before assembling the rest of the dessert.
In individual cups or in a 8x8 pan, layer the dessert in the following order: cookies, pudding, banana. Repeat this order 3 times. Chill in the refrigerator.
While the pudding chills, make the whipped cream using 3/4 c heavy cream, 2 T sugar and 1/2 t vanilla. Beat with a mixer for several minutes until peaks form.
