Pink Lemonade Champagne Punch

Pink lemonade Champagne punch is a drink that goes down as easily as it is made. So easily, in fact, that my intern and dad and I made it two days in a row while celebrating nothing more fancy than being together for the first time since Christmas. This punch is so easy to make, it’s actually going to be fairly difficult for me to not make it to celebrate essentially every small task accomplished going forward. Folded and put away laundry? Cheers!
This medley of refreshingly sweet lemonade and honey with tart lemons all topped off with dry bubbly should not be reserved for special occasions. I think pink lemonade Champagne punch is perfect for a wedding or baby shower or a night with the girls. Maybe it can be your new mimosa for a fancy brunch. Or make it to celebrate getting through your Tuesday. Throw some together to toast yourself for surviving getting all of the kids to bed at a reasonable hour. Or, maybe bedtime is such a nightmare that you need to celebrate finally having some peace and quiet.

Pink lemonade Champagne punch is the perfect drink to help you celebrate anything or nothing! Toast the bride, mom-to-be, new neighbors, or your own self for getting through another day!
- 6 oz can frozen pink lemonade
- 1 1/2 c ice water
- 1/2 c Curacao, or Grand Marnier, or Contreau (I used Grand Marnier)
- 2 T honey (Granny's recipe called for 1/3 c, but I thought this was too sweet.)
- 1 bottle Champagne, chilled
-
Combine all ingredients except for Champagne. Mix well.
-
Add Champagne. Serve in chilled cups or over ice.
Looks great! Love the pics!
This will be our new go-to drink for Spring and Summer. SO refreshing, SO easy, SO delicious. My husband went ON AND ON about how good this is! The 2 T of honey was perfect–not overly sweet at all. I can’t wait to fix this for guests!
I would like to be one of those guests. So glad you like this!
